A Fresh Start &

A little beach treasure from our camping trip.

A Look Back at Summer

Welcome to my brand-new blog space! Since I recently refreshed my website, some of my older posts didn’t make the move—but that gives me a chance to start fresh and reintroduce myself here. If you’d like to get to know me better, you can always peek at my About Me page.

This summer has been such a whirlwind for my family and me. Much of it was spent at dog shows with my daughter, who competes as a AKC Junior (and does it with so much heart!). Between shows, she also attended horse classes at the beautiful new Remlington Farm , and we managed to sneak in a few camping trips—those quiet outdoor moments were such a gift. I’ll be sharing a few snapshots from our adventures alongside some highlights of the amazing families I photographed this season.

From AKC rings to horseback adventures—My daughter’s summer was all about following her heart.

One surprise for me this year? Extended family sessions have been incredibly popular! I’ve loved watching multiple generations come together, laughing, hugging, and creating memories to treasure. Capturing those bonds has truly been a highlight of my summer.

Capturing multiple generations together in joy and connection—extended family sessions were a summer highlight.

Personally, one of my favorite experiences this season was joining fellow photographers on a trip to Oregon. The trip was inspiring and grounding, and I’m so grateful to my friend Emilia for capturing these amazing pictures of me—it truly means so much! I’ll be sharing a few of these images here that celebrate the joy of creating, learning, and connecting with other photographers.

So grateful to Emilia for capturing me in my element—celebrating creativity and connection on our photographer trip to Oregon.

And can you believe it—pumpkin spice latte season is already here? Starbucks is celebrating fall, and while I’m not fully ready for it yet, the last heat wave in Washington reminded me that fall is very much needed here!

I’d love to hear from you:

  • How was your summer? Any favorite adventures?

  • Have you tried your first pumpkin spice latte yet?

  • What are you looking forward to this fall season?

  • For my mini sessions this season, do you have any dream locations in mind? Just comment below—I’d love to hear your ideas!

I’m so excited to begin blogging again. This space will be where I share recent sessions, personal stories, and little glimpses behind the scenes. Thank you for being here—it means the world to me.

Until next time,
Agnes

I mainly work with families, and small businesses located in Lake Stevens, Mill Creek, Edmonds, Everett, Seattle and other areas of Snohomish and King Counties. I document the special events of families' lives as well as helping small businesses with branding photography. Washington State has captivating photo session locations pretty much everywhere so there are plenty of choices available as well as my willingness to drive to discover new places.
