Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. However, please note that the $50 deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Due to the tight schedule of the holiday mini sessions and the limited availability of studio and setup resources, I am unable to accommodate rescheduling or cancellations.

In the event that you are unable to participate in your booked session, the amount paid may be applied to another photography session within 365 days, subject to availability. However, please note that I cannot guarantee the same studio and setup for alternative sessions.

Rainy/Cold Weather Policy:

Please note that our holiday mini sessions are scheduled rain or shine. In the event of rainy or cold weather, the session will still proceed as planned. I'll come prepared with clear umbrellas and other weather-appropriate gear to ensure your photoshoot is magical, regardless of the conditions.

Due to the tight scheduling of the holiday mini sessions, we generally do not reschedule sessions due to cold or rainy weather. However, rest assured that I'll do my best to make the most of the situation and capture beautiful memories for you and your family.
