At Pacific Mist Photography, I love capturing these genuine moments: the way they laugh, run, cuddle, and simply enjoy being together. These sessions are relaxed, playful, and all about preserving that once-in-a-lifetime bond between a young heart and their loyal companion. Because these are the memories they’ll look back on forever.
Mini Session – Terms & Conditions
Prize
One (1) complimentary mini photo session (up to 30 minutes) for a 4-H member and their dog(s).
Session Type
This is a portrait-style mini session specifically for a 4-H junior and their dog(s).
Family members will not be included; the focus is on capturing the unique bond between the junior and their pup.
Location
Session will take place at an outdoor location within 30 minutes of Snohomish, WA, to be determined in consultation with the parent or guardian.
Scheduling Deadline
Sessions must be scheduled and completed by August 30, 2025.
Availability is limited — booking early is recommended to secure your preferred date.
No Cash Value
This prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or resold.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If canceled within 48 hours or in the case of a no-show, the session is forfeited.
Rescheduling will be allowed only in the event of illness or inclement weather.
Included Deliverables
The winner will receive 10 fully edited digital images, delivered via a private online gallery.
Additional images or prints will be available for purchase if desired.
Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
A parent or legal guardian must complete the scheduling process and sign a standard photography agreement.
4-H member & Dog Guidelines
Must be an active 4-H member.
The dog(s) must be friendly, well-behaved, and on-leash at all times (unless in a secured, enclosed area)
